If you’ve been to Bali recently, you'll have heard of YUKI. The hottest restaurant name across two locations (Uluwatu and Canggu), YUKI is on every visitors’ list. 
 
Late last year, YUKI hosted Shōbōsho & ShoSho (Hyde Park) Chef Adam Liston - now it is time for us to return the love. YUKI's Chef Yudha Permana will create a bespoke menu paying homage to traditional Japanese techniques, flavours, and quality produce.

Two sittings: 12:00PM & 2:30PM
Set menu: $95pp (food only) + $75pp optional beverage package
 
Tuna Tartare, truffle mayo, nori crackers
Island Sashimi, white fish, citrus, wakame oil

Wagyu Beef Sando, smoked cheddar cheese, truffle aioli, onion jam
