Late last year, YUKI hosted Shōbōsho & ShoSho (Hyde Park) Chef Adam Liston - now it is time for us to return the love. YUKI's Chef Yudha Permana will create a bespoke menu paying homage to traditional Japanese techniques, flavours, and quality produce.
